Prototyping Development Process

     The prototyping process can be both low tech and high tech CAM/CMC robotic forming or machining.  The process starts with the idea or concept and desire to make a 3D model. The WD prototype team consists of many years of experience combined with good ole craftsman equipment and tools of the trade.  From clay to foam to wood to urethane to ABS to titanium

Basic Steps: 3D CAD model, shop drawing, CNC programming, CNC cutting or machining combined with custom hand work), assembly, fastening, finishing – clean-up
