MMN Manufacturer-Molder Network
Once your product is designed, you
can then be plugged into our Manufacturer-Molder Network
(MMN). This network is a group of qualified Manufacturers and
Manufacturer Representative that will assist you in sourcing, qualifying and quoting your product
design files and drawings. Upon selecting the Manufacturer we can
assist you in Contract Management Services including insuring delivering
necessary drawings and CAD part files of your design. Management of your tooling and
assembly, ramp up program including pre-production prototypes, component
sub-assemblies, materials sourcing, assembly,
packaging and quality control program.
The relationship between Owner, Industrial Designer and Manufacturing Production
Contractor is one of communication, planning and execution. In
theory, Manufacturing and Process development should
design for a seamless transition form design to CAD more to first
article including anticipation and of potential problems - allowing for
adequate design, engineering and tooling response times. in the
implementation of the tooling program, including meeting testing and
certification requirements and securing, sign off releases.
