Based on your industrial design "design for mass production" and the product's systems integration complexities, Manufacturing Engineering and Systems Engineering help us identify the the best fit manufacturing process. This typically including working closely with the industrial design, CAD and manufacturing team, up front while seeking opportunities to use "state of the art" materials and manufacturing processing and exploring the design, tooling and manufactured piece price from many perspectives to better develop, manufacture and ultimately assemble your product.

Our Engineering expertise extends across the critical basic manufacturing production processes, from injection molded plastics to forging, die casting and machining metals. WhiteLight Design’s manufacturing knowledge will guide your team and product through the entire mass production, manufacturing process from specifying appropriate materials to manufacturing process selection to requests for quotation to tooling to final assembly, in the most effective manner. The develop the best manufacturable design assembly and most appropriate materials, tooling and manufacturing processes, tasks may require extensive exploration to zero in on the best approach. This is typically accomplished with a Feasibility Study which is a service we provide to help quantify the advantages and disadvantages associated with one or more manufacturing approaches.
