Mechanical Engineering (ME)

     Mechanical Engineering applied to product development complimented by Industrial Design is our strongest asset.  WhiteLight Design is strategically dedicated to adopting peer reviewed, science based, methodologies and leading edge engineering practices, processes and technologies.  Our Mechanical Engineers understand the physics and business principles it takes to bring a product from invention patent to proof of concept prototype to full blown assembly, production automation machine design.  We offer comprehensive CAD-CAE-CAM development services, ranging from materials selection, reverse engineering to specifying custom blended resins - metal alloys and manufacturing processes.  Electrical and Software Engineering services are offered with connections to Human Factors - User Interface, Materials, Manufacturing and Systems Engineering and Rapid Prototyping technologies. Of course, we also do lighting design.  If you need CAD drawings for injection mold plastic parts, prototype tooling or a custom sheet metal box or PCB (printed circuit board) design, your money and your time depend on sound engineering design recommendations.
